Terms of Service

By accessing or using the PixelMed platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Platform Role
PixelMed operates exclusively as a digital marketplace platform. We facilitate the listing and discovery of medical equipment between buyers and sellers. PixelMed is not a party to any transaction conducted between users, and does not own, hold, ship, or inspect any equipment listed on the platform.
2. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the condition of equipment offered, compliance with Saudi regulations (including SFDA requirements), issuance of invoices, logistics and shipping arrangements, and all post-sale obligations. PixelMed accepts no liability for the condition, legality, or delivery of any listed equipment.
3. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for performing their own due diligence before completing any purchase. This includes verifying equipment condition, certification status, and compliance with applicable medical device regulations. PixelMed does not guarantee the quality or fitness of any listed equipment.
4. Equipment Ownership
All equipment listed on PixelMed is owned by the respective sellers. PixelMed does not hold title to, take possession of, or assume liability for any listed devices. The platform serves solely as a medium for connecting buyers and sellers.
5. Regulatory Compliance
All users — buyers and sellers — must comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including those issued by the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and any other applicable healthcare regulatory bodies. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the trade of any equipment is legally permitted.
6. Prohibited Listings
Users may not list counterfeit, stolen, expired, or non-compliant medical devices. PixelMed reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law, and to suspend or permanently ban users who engage in prohibited activity.
7. Disputes
Any disputes arising between buyers and sellers are to be resolved directly between the parties. PixelMed may, at its discretion, provide mediation support but assumes no legal obligation to do so. PixelMed is not liable for losses arising from disputes between users.
8. Platform Availability
PixelMed strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, make changes to features, or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
9. Amendments
PixelMed reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
