Pixel-Med is a specialized digital platform for listing and marketing new and pre-owned medical devices and equipment. It operates as a technology intermediary connecting sellers and buyers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, posting a listing, communicating with other users, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all associated policies.

Pixel-Med operates solely as a digital marketing and brokerage platform. It is not considered:

• An owner of any listed devices or products
• A seller, distributor, or importer of medical devices
• An inspection, maintenance, or certification body
• A direct party to any sale, negotiation, or payment between users

All agreements, sales, and deliveries take place directly between the seller and the buyer.

The platform does not offer warranties, certifications, or guarantees related to listed devices or products unless explicitly stated.

Users are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Use the platform in a lawful and compliant manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Refrain from using the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited purposes

Users bear full responsibility for all activities conducted through their accounts.

The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any non-compliant account without prior notice.

Sellers bear full responsibility for:

• The accuracy of their listings and all published information
• The legality and safety of the listed device or product
• Ensuring the device is free from patient data or any associated risks
• Compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

Buyers are responsible for:

• Verifying the device's condition and suitability prior to use
• Reviewing listing details and inspecting the product upon receipt
• Confirming that the device meets their needs and complies with applicable regulations

Each party bears full responsibility for the agreements and obligations established between them.

All content published on the platform must be:

• Accurate, truthful, and non-misleading
• Reflective of the product's actual condition
• Compliant with applicable laws and regulations

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Listing non-compliant or unverified-origin devices
• Devices containing patient data
• Misleading information or images
• Counterfeit or prohibited products
• Any content that violates applicable regulations or public standards

The platform reserves the right to remove or modify any non-compliant listing or content and to request additional documentation when necessary.

When listing pre-owned medical devices or equipment, sellers must ensure that the device is:

• Functional and consistent with its declared condition
• Free from contamination or hazards
• Clear of any medical or patient data
• Compliant with all applicable regulations and guidelines

Sellers are also responsible for cleaning or sterilizing the device as required, based on the nature of the product.

All sales, negotiations, shipping arrangements, and payments occur directly between the seller and the buyer.

Pixel-Med bears no responsibility for:

• The execution of agreements between parties
• Product quality or warranties provided
• Shipping delays or losses
• Any financial or contractual obligations between users

Use of the platform and engagement through it is at the user's sole risk and discretion.

Pixel-Med assumes no liability for:

• The quality or safety of any listed device
• Technical malfunctions or defects
• The accuracy of information published by users
• Any losses or disputes arising between users
• Any damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions

The platform's responsibility is limited to providing a technical environment for communication and listing display only.

Pixel-Med reserves the right at any time to:

• Remove or modify any listing
• Suspend or permanently close non-compliant accounts
• Restrict or terminate access to any service
• Request additional documentation or proof of compliance
• Cooperate with relevant authorities when required

The platform also retains the right to take any measures it deems appropriate to protect the platform, its users, or to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

All rights related to the platform, including but not limited to its trade name, visual identity, design, content, and logos, are the property of Pixel-Med or its respective owners. Reproduction, use, or redistribution of any such materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Pixel-Med reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or any part of the platform at any time.

Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updates constitutes implicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform or its services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
