The buyer acknowledges that Pixel-Med operates solely as a digital marketing and brokerage platform. It is not considered a seller or owner of any listed devices or products.

All sales, negotiations, shipping, and delivery arrangements take place directly between the seller and the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for:

• Carefully reviewing all listing details before engaging
• Verifying the condition and suitability of the device
• Communicating with the seller to clarify any questions
• Confirming that the device meets their needs and applicable regulatory requirements

The buyer also bears responsibility for using devices safely and in accordance with appropriate instructions.

The buyer must inspect the device or product upon receipt and confirm that it matches the description provided in the listing.

If any discrepancies or issues are identified, the buyer should contact the seller within any agreed timeframe, where applicable.

Some sellers may offer a specific warranty, which will be clearly stated within the listing.

Where no warranty is explicitly mentioned, the device or product is considered sold as-is. The buyer bears responsibility for assessing its condition prior to purchase or use.

The buyer acknowledges that some listed devices may be pre-owned or refurbished, and that their condition is based on the seller's description and the information published in the listing.

The buyer is responsible for evaluating the device before use or recommissioning.

All communication, payment, agreements, and shipping arrangements are conducted directly between the buyer and the seller. Pixel-Med bears no responsibility for financial transfers or contractual obligations arising between parties.

The buyer commits to using the platform in a lawful manner and agrees not to use any information or communication channels for prohibited, fraudulent, or unlawful purposes.

Any misuse of the platform or attempts to harm other users or the platform in any form are strictly prohibited.

Pixel-Med bears no responsibility for:

• Device quality or safety
• Technical faults or defects
• Warranties offered by the seller
• Shipping delays, loss, or damage
• Any losses or disputes between parties

The platform's responsibility is limited solely to providing a technical environment for communication and listing display.

The buyer confirms that they have read and understood these terms, and accepts full responsibility for all purchasing decisions, device use, and transactions conducted through the platform.
